Long-Term Follow-Up Clinics

The following is a list of late-effects clinics that follow the Pediatric Oncology Group Resource guidelines for childhood cancer survivors. The benefit of attending a late-effects clinic is twofold. Your attendance not only ensures your survivorship needs are met, but also assists future survivors by providing a research base. If you can not attend a late-effects clinic, see the medical section for information to provide your health care team. Additional medical providers can be found at the Children's Oncology Group Web site. This list was revised June, 2008.
